TOTEME offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, ensuring that items are returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges; a new order must be placed for alternative sizes or styles.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in the original shipping box or a similar protective container, ensuring all original labels and packaging are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid return shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the package, covering any previous tracking information.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized courier drop-off point or schedule a collection through the carrier's website.
